Source of regulation
The first step is to strictly control the production of disinfection products. The municipal and district health supervision institutions shall conduct full coverage supervision and inspection on all disinfection product manufacturers. It mainly focuses on the plant environment and layout, sanitary conditions in the production area, production equipment, material addition and label manual management, material storage conditions, sanitary quality management, enterprise staff allocation, health and safety evaluation of disinfection products before marketing, etc.
Terminal traceability
The second link is to control the sales of disinfection products. Supervise and inspect the business units of disinfection products, focusing on whether the business units ask for valid certificates (sanitary license of the manufacturer of disinfection products, sanitary safety evaluation report of disinfection products or approval document of sanitary license for new disinfection products), whether the business units sell disinfection products with obvious violations of label identification (such as incomplete identification, nonstandard name, exaggerated efficacy, publicity efficacy, etc.) Whether to sell disinfection products that are lack of evidence and traceability and other products that violate the sanitary quality of disinfection products or are added illegally.
Random inspection
The third link is random sampling inspection of disinfection products. The disinfection products produced and operated within the jurisdiction shall be randomly sampled and submitted for inspection, so as to timely discover the potential health quality hazards of disinfection products.
The health supervisors shall conduct daily supervision and inspection, special supervision and inspection and random sampling inspection on the manufacturers of disinfection products to ensure the sanitary quality of disinfection products from the source to the end.
