1、 Definition

The handheld spray gun is divided into two main structures: the air chamber and the surge chamber, and the middle and high-end products also have ignition structures.

2、 Structure

Gas storage chamber: also known as gas tank, it contains fuel gas, usually butane, to deliver fuel gas for the surge chamber structure of tools.

Surge chamber: This structure is the main structure of the handheld torch. The gas is injected out of the nozzle through a series of steps such as receiving gas from the gas storage chamber, filtering, pressure regulating and flow changing.

3、 Working principle

The gas is sprayed out of the muzzle by pressure regulating and flow changing and ignited to form a high temperature cylindrical flame for heating and welding.

4、 Specifications

In terms of structure, there are two types of handheld shotguns, one is the air box integrated handheld shotgun, and the other is the air box separated shotgun head.

1) Air box integrated handheld spray gun: easy to carry, generally smaller and lighter than the separate type.

2) Air box separated handheld torch head: it needs to be connected to a clip type cylinder, which has a large weight and volume, but has a large gas storage capacity and a longer service life.
